“I had a perfect stay in Charles and Mary's guesthouse! Charles and Mary were easy to coordinate with, the guesthouse was spotless and comfortable, and the location was prime – a lovely, quiet neighborhood with in walking distance to Park Ave and other good spots (including a great yoga studio). Would be very happy to stay here agin on future visits to Winter Park!”

“This is the one! Book It! Husband & took afew days away from our gulf home to explore the lovely town of Winter Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended our stay a day! The location was everything to us. We are extremely active and we were able to walk everywhere. The rental was perfect and immaculately kept I manage properties myself so I am picky and what stood out to me is that these hosts get it and know what is appreciated and useful to have. Definitely experienced hosts. It is the little touches for me. The luggage racks, hooks in useful spots, cabinets and surfaces all in the right places for personal items, high quality furnishings. It’s funny I have seen this comment in other reviews before and never felt the urge to say it myself but here is me saying it about this place. It was the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had. The mattress is excellent! In addition to every well thought out feature let me just also say Charles is an excellent communicator Thank you!!”
